My neighbor dumped her washing machine in front of her house – it’s been there for two months and looks like an eyesore

AN ANGRY woman has beaten up her neighbor for leaving a washing machine outside her house for over two months.

The anonymous woman took to Mumsnet, where she explained how she lives in a series of terraces – adding that her neighbor next door has an end terrace.

She continued, “The neighbor has left her washing machine in plain sight on the side of the house for the past 2 months.”

“It costs £15 for the community to collect it. The garden is also overgrown (they use the back as a dog run) – I doubt they clean up the crap.”

She further noted that her neighbor works part-time and is at home a lot, so she has time.

The woman concluded: “It just looks like a big eyesore as you can see once you hit the dead end. It looks bloody awful.”

And it wasn’t long before social media users hit the comments section – with very mixed reviews.

“Depends on. I just put a sofa, bed and dresser in front of my house for collection in a week. It looks unsightly but I don’t have much of a choice,” one wrote.

If they’ve been there for months and months then that’s fine, but a couple of weeks I think is fine.”

A second wrote: “Perhaps ask them if they arranged collection for this. It takes my local council weeks to come and collect something, so it may take a little while.”

A third commented: “If it’s on her property then it’s her right to have it there if she wants. IMO as far as nuisance to neighbors goes, rusty white goods outside are hardly noticeable.”

But if it’s on public land or someone else’s property, then it’s a fly dump and the responsible neighbor is a cheeky mare.”

Meanwhile, another asked: “Does she have a car? Does she have 15 pounds left? Maybe she has a disability and can’t move it.”

It clearly annoys you. Why don’t you be a good neighbor and help her move? Or would you rather just judge?”
