WHEN you have 22 kids it must be difficult to find ways to entertain them all.
But mum-of-22 Sue Radford revealed how she bought an epic pink playhouse for her youngest children – and it seems to be a huge hit.
Sue, 46, showed off the pink playground equipment in her large garden, which has undergone a £36,000 makeover in recent years.
Noel, 51, also posted about the children’s new toy and said he was asked by Sue to build it after returning home from a day’s work in the family’s cake shop.
Showing off before and after build pictures, he wrote, “When you come home from work and @theradfordfamily says I have something for you to build.”
Sue replied cheekily: “But it didn’t take long.”
The finished playhouse has fairytale turrets and flags and a turquoise door leading inside.
The parents, who live in a ten-bedroom villa in Lancashire’s seaside town of Morecambe, have turned their backyard into a paradise for their children.
And now they’ve revealed they’ve gone one step further — and installed an oversized, pool-style hot tub in their back garden.
Sue and Noel revealed their latest addition on their joint Instagram account, showing the kids splashing around in the hot tub, which appears so big they can even do laps.
The pair also tagged the company they got it from – The Hot Tub Superstore, where hot tub pools of this size cost around the £20,000 mark.
If our detective work is correct, the Radfords look like they’ve bagged the hulking H2K Trainer 15, which is selling for a staggering £26,995.
But that’s far from the only thing they’ve decided to make their garden one of the main draws of the house they’ve lived in since 2004, with their current total spending of around £36,000 and counting.
The garden already featured an impressive outdoor bar that Noel built himself, complete with neon signs and retro black stalls.
Since then, he’s made sure it’s stocked with liquor, kids’ drinks, and even peckish snacks.
The family have also invested in a grill and large pizza oven from Aldi supermarkets, with their latest cooker selling for £599.99.

Then there’s a smaller hot tub – which they surprised their kids with in 2021 and which normally costs between £4000 and £8000 on average.
However, the couple recently decided to switch off after realizing it was costing them £56 a week to operate.
Plus, the family has not one, not two, but three stylish rattan furniture sets to sit back and relax on.
The first is a large table that can seat up to eight people, and next to the bar there is a spacious corner sofa that seats eight, two armchairs and a table.
All outdoor furniture comes from Lifestyle Garden’s SAMOA range.
The table and six chairs cost £1,699, while they also had to pay for the two extra seats. Meanwhile, the sofa set costs £2359.
They’ve also previously shown off an £800 daybed from the same series.
We can’t wait to see what other plans they have up their sleeves as the Radfords continue their big outside project.
Sue and Noel are parents to Chris, 32, Sophie, 28, Chloe, 26, Jack, 25, Daniel, 23, Luke, 21, Millie, 20, Katie, 19, James, 18, Ellie, 17, Aimee, 16, Josh, 14, Max, 13, Tillie, 12, Oscar, 10, Casper, nine, Hallie, seven, Phoebe, five, Archie, four, Bonnie, three, and Heidie, two.
Unfortunately, the couple’s 17th child, Alfie, was born on July 6, 2014.
The family is known not to be dependent on welfare and is supported by their cake shop.
