Ms Hinch may have moved into a stunning £1million farmhouse with her family, but the old home that made her famous isn’t going to waste either, as she’s letting a family live in it rent-free.

The 32-year-old cleaning influencer had been living in the £600,000 Essex house with her husband Jamie and their children Ronnie and Lennie but decided to move after falling out with her neighbors over her extension.

Ms Hinch – real name Sophie Hinchcliffe – is believed to be worth around £5million through her social media fame and has chosen to pass it on by giving the house to another family rent-free.

The couple chose not to sell the property, which has featured in hundreds of their social media posts, or ask for rent when it could be worth around £2,000 a month.

She revealed to her followers on social media who quizzed her about the property: “We didn’t sell the house.

“We’re not renting the house, we’re just handing our keys over to an incredible family to start a new chapter in their lives so they too can build the life they’ve dreamed of too.”

Ms Hinch added: “That I’m even able to do this is something I’ll never really believe in and will never stop being grateful for.

“But for me personally, to see another family have the relief and happiness in their lives that they deserve because they’ve been through so much is one of the most incredible feelings in the world.”

She also revealed that while Jamie had long wanted to move following “privacy issues” that arose following the expansion of the property, she was torn about leaving her home.

Earlier in the year, Ms Hinch gave fans a glimpse of her new five-bedroom farmhouse, but admitted it was difficult to leave her old home.

After a fan commented that they thought the family would never move out, she admitted, “To be honest, I didn’t either.”

She added, “I will always love this house but I will make Hinch Farm our forever home where the boys will be safe and we’ll be comfortable again.”
