Mother of two found dead on sidewalk named as two arrested for murder British News

A mother of two found dead on a footpath in Rochdale has now been named as police arrest a man and woman on suspicion of murder.
Kerry Newman, 40, was found dead on a path near New Barn Lane around 4.30am Monday.
Police immediately launched an investigation and investigators said they were looking into “suspicious circumstances” while appealing for information and witnesses.
Further investigation suggests that Kerry was taken from an address in Freehold to New Barn Lane in Rochdale, where she was subsequently found dead. Her cause of death remains unknown.
In a tribute, Kerry’s mother and stepfather described her as “a loving daughter and mother of two boys who was taken from us too soon.” She is now in heaven with the angels. Rest in peace our beautiful girl.
After the mother-of-two’s body was discovered in the early hours of Monday morning, police cordoned off the footpath and closed a nearby elementary school while investigators launched a full investigation.
