More than 8,000 jobs at the South Florida job fair

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Mega Job Fair is taking place in Broward County this week and there are more than 8,000 job openings from 100 different employers.

The job fair will be held Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the FLA Live Arena on One Panther Parkway in Sunrise.

The event is free, as is parking, but attendees are asked to do so Online pre-registration for the event.

Companies attending the job fair include the Florida Panthers/FLA Live Arena, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood, and American Express.

There are also numerous local employers in the medical sector, in the insurance industry and in the travel industry.
