Milton Keynes: Man, 77, arrested for murder after woman ‘assaulted’ | British News

A pensioner has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a woman in her 70s was found unconscious and later died.
Rescue workers rushed to the scene of the accident in Milton Keynes after reports the elderly woman had been assaulted yesterday morning.
The woman was taken to hospital after police and paramedics arrived on Bradwell Road just after 8am.
She died of her injuries the same day.
Officials have now arrested a 77-year-old local man on suspicion of murder.
He is in custody.
Chief Investigating Officer DCI Dejan Avramovic of Thames Valley Police said: “Tragically, a woman died following an incident yesterday morning.”
