Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are flying back to America BEFORE the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee ends

HARRY and Meghan are jetting out of the country an hour before the royals’ final appearance for the Queen’s Jubilee.

The Sussexes and their two children Archie, 3, and one-year-old Lilibet were already on the air when the Platinum Jubilee Pageant began yesterday.

They are believed to have been driven from Frogmore Cottage at lunchtime and took off from the runway at Farnborough Airport at 1.30pm.

The California-based couple missed tens of thousands of revelers waving the Union flag and celebrating eccentric British quirks like Daleks, space hoppers and James Bond cars over the past seven decades.

Harry and Meghan’s 10,000-mile round trip from California cost an estimated £160,000 – but it’s not known who footed the bill.

A source said: “There was no fanfare, they just walked. They didn’t stop at the Platinum Jubilee competition, which is a celebration of Britain and all of its quirks and eccentricities during the Queen’s 70-year reign.”

Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, were barely seen in public during the Queen’s four-day celebration.

They were pictured silencing younger royals in the Major General’s office at the Queen’s birthday parade at Trooping the Color on Thursday.

A chilly Thanksgiving service at St Paul’s Cathedral on Friday was the only time they were seen in public with their family.

Harry looked dejected during the service as he and Meghan had to sit in the second row and 25ft from William, Kate, Charles and Camilla.

He had no interaction with his siblings or his father, and at one point in the 50-minute ceremony, Meghan is seen telling him, “Yeah, it’ll be fine.”

They turned down the opportunity to have snacks and drinks with family members at The Guildhall and were instead driven back to Frogmore Cott

They also missed Saturday night’s epic music party at Buckingham Palace – where Charles and William were cheered by the 120,000-strong crowd as they delivered incredible speeches.

The Sun on Sunday revealed younger royals were visiting the Sussexes and their children Archie and Lilibet at Frogmore Cottage.

It is also believed that a birthday party was organized in the hut with picnic snacks, cakes, balloons and board games.

‘FOLLOW THE SCRIPT’

Zara and Mike Tindall’s children – Mia, 8, Lena, 3, and one-year-old Lucas – are said to have taken part.

Other guests included Peter Phillips and ex-wife Autumn’s daughters Savannah, 11, and 10-year-old Isla.

Archie’s godfather Charlie Van Staubenzee and his brother Tom are also said to have been there

The Sun also understands the 96-year-old Queen had met Lilibet before she turned one

But there are no plans to release a photo of the moment, we’re told.

Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, had pledged to “stick to the script” and plan no antics outside of the platinum anniversary.

They flew in on a private jet from Santa Barbara on Wednesday and piled into the back of a blacked-out VW people carrier and received a low-key escort from the Queen’s Land Rover and bodyguards.

They left behind their huge entourage, which followed the couple home in California around the Invictus Games.

And Netflix cameras causing a storm in the Netherlands have also been kept out.
