A viral TikTok shows a McDonald’s being run by just three employees while customers allegedly complained about a long wait.
One of the McDonald’s employees, known as Caleb (@cs.tv) on TikTok, posted the video ranting about impatient customers.
“Let me tell you bitches something,” Caleb said in the video. “Have another bitch call my shitty phone with a goddamn complaint about you all sitting in that shitty line, bitch. There’s only one, two, three motherfuckers in here.”
I was over it that day lmaooo 🤣🤣🤣

Counting “one, two, three,” Caleb pointed out the three employees who worked at the McDonald’s — including himself. He explained that one worker took and fulfilled orders, the second managed the drive-thru window, and Caleb cooked, cleaned, and “prepared the damn food” himself.
“If you don’t want to apply please let me know because I AM the hiring manager,” Caleb said emphatically in the video.
As of Tuesday, the video received 4.8 million views and nearly 11,000 comments on TikTok. Caleb’s tirade drew mixed reactions from viewers. Several viewers commented on Caleb’s tone.
“LMFAOOO SOUND JUST LIKE SOMEONE GRANNY,” one viewer commented on the video.
“Your voice breaks at the end lmfao,” commented another viewer.
But for some viewers, customers’ “feeling of entitlement” during long queues isn’t so funny.
“I will never understand people complaining about standing in line they chose,” wrote one TikToker.
“They complain but order the whole damn menu,” said another TikToker, referring to the customers.
Another commented, “Customers feel so empowered, THEY WAIT.”
Some viewers referenced Kim Kardashian’s now-infamous quote from a recent interview with diversity: “Get your damn ass up and work. It seems like nobody wants to work these days.” Kardashian has faced backlash over the comment from various people, particularly those working in minimum-wage jobs.
“@Kim Kardashian imagine working hard,” one viewer commented on the TikTok video.
“@Kim Kardashian you couldn’t do this for ONE MINUTE,” said another viewer.
A viewer appeared to warn Caleb by commenting, “The company will find your videos.”
But Caleb didn’t seem concerned, writing in response, “They’ve already shared them with each other.” In a later TikTok, Caleb said he’d handed in his two-week notice period.
