Mass Pike to fully reopen after tractor trailer accident in Boston – Boston News, Weather, Sports
All lanes of I-90 were reopened after a tractor trailer crashed on the east side of Mass Pike in Allston, spilling drinks across the roadway earlier in the day.
The semi-trailer truck overturned at exit 131 on the Autobahn on Saturday morning. The truck itself was cleared by early afternoon, according to MassDOT, but several lanes remained intermittently closed, including a lane on the west side while guard rails were being repaired.
Two people were transported to Beth Israel Hospital after the crash.
Boston Fire assisted with the crime scene cleanup, helping to clean up crates of beer and other beverages that spilled on the sidewalk.
