Marvin Oraiha was shot in the car

The man who was shot while sitting in a car on a Sydney suburban street has been identified as 24-year-old Marvin Oraiha.
New South Wales Police Commissioner Karen Webb called the shooting of Oraiha “very brazen” as police are also investigating whether two burned-out cars are linked to the shooting on Hertfordshire Street in Elizabeth Hills on Monday afternoon.

A resident on the street said he was sitting down to a late lunch when he heard “boom boom boom.” He ran to the window and saw a white car speed away.
Liverpool City Police Area Command officers and Homicide investigators identified a crime scene on Hertfordshire Street and two other locations where burning cars were found.
About ten minutes after the shooting, a burning car was found on Bluff Street in Green Valley – a six-minute drive away.
