MARCOS ALONSO nullified James Maddison’s stunning opener as the points were shared in a dead gum at Stamford Bridge.
The Spain full-back thumped a sweet volley after an inch-perfect cross from Reece James to flick past Kasper Schmeichel.
And despite wave after wave of Blues attacks, the Foxes stood their ground and held onto a point.
Maddison fired Brendan Rodgers’ side forward with just six minutes left.
Schmeichel pinged a beautiful ball to parry Timothy Castagne down the right before the ball fell to the in-form playmaker, who chose his spot and shot past the helpless Edouard Mendy.
Trevoh Chalobah forced Schmeichel to tip over after his long-range shot.
But the Dane failed to stop Alonso in the 34th minute when he was hit at his near post.
