Mann says “Karen” neighbor zip-tied her snow fence to his gutters

TikTokers Chris and Madison, who post under the @chrismadison15 account, posted a series of clips of them calling their neighbor who decided to use their home’s gutters to install their snow fence.

In the first seven-second clip, uploaded from the family account, they show off the tie work with a text overlay that reads, “Our new neighbor decided to zip-tie her snow fence to our gutters today.”

Looks like we have Karen as a neighbor now, that should be fun!

The video then switches to Chris using scissors to cut the zip ties off the gutter, with a text overlay that reads, “So I cut it off and brought it back to her yard… tomorrow should be interesting.”

In the clip, the TikTok user then removes the freshly cut plastic fence from his property. This turned out to be just the beginning of the drama between the neighbors that lasted for several TikToks. Chris said he asked his neighbor not to tie their fence to their gutters, and it appears their solution to this problem was to simply pile a few items against their house and cross their property line.

He then decided to remove all of the items his neighbor had piled in front of his house to keep the snow fence from falling, which apparently only added to the drama. Chris said he gave his neighbor two days to try and figure out a way to secure their snow fence without attaching it to his house, but they didn’t, so he had to take matters into his own hands take again.

At this point, I’m ready to just pull her snow fence out of the ground.

The dispute between neighbors continued to escalate, including motion sensor alerts, personal belongings being moved around and even written signs warning the “Karen” neighbor that Chris and his family were “watching” her.

But what are they? And yes, all their junk is still piling up next to our house. We have a plan, stay tuned

Finally, after what appeared to be several days and after the woman allegedly refused to personally address the situation with Chris, he said she ended up calling the police about his family for removing her personal belongings from their lawn and throwing them back in their yard would have .

At the time of this writing, that’s where the Snow Fence saga between the two neighbors ended. In the comments section of the latest video, Chris explained that he plans to enlist the help of a lawyer with a cease and desist letter and a privacy fence to separate him from his neighbor.

Users on the platform speculated that the neighbor was allegedly causing drama so Chris would put up a fence without her having to pay the bill herself.

Chris said the police simply told him to “try to get along with her”.
