Manager accuses subway staff of not working — It backfires

An apparent Subway manager accused a worker of not wanting to “do her job at work” in a viral TikTok video she filmed. Commenters on the video pointed out that while the employee in the clip was working, his manager was filming TikTok.

In a video posted on February 28, Subway manager and TikToker @rijirirahi told the employee that no one wanted him at the restaurant while he prepared the ingredients for the sandwich.

“No one wants you here, you can go home damn it,” TikToker told employee, Marcus. He told her to “eat [his] butt. ”

The video has been viewed more than 475,000 times.

Commenters pointed to a match between what the manager is doing at work in the video and her staff.

“Looks like he’s working and you’re not,” commented @michaelpotoski116.

“Looks like he’s working and yours on TikTok,” wrote @hayley__5.

“Why did he clean up and you were on your phone,” asked @gordonramseyscoochjuice.

Other commenters mentioned that videos of wayward behavior at Subway also went viral.

“This app really makes me never want to step into another subway again,” commented @re_burt.

“Always the Metro,” wrote @mizft.

“Why am I eating the subway,” commented @iamcharlez.
