Luxury penthouse on top of Tiffany’s store sells for £13m

You may have heard of breakfast at Tiffany’s but what about the above?
A luxury penthouse has been sold and it sits directly above one of the jewelry brand’s stores in Palm Beach, Florida.
And it can be yours for $17.5 million (£13 million).
Holly Golightly – one of the main characters in Truman Capote’s book – will endorse the home, which spans over 13,000 square meters and has many luxurious features to appeal to potential multi-millionaire buyers.
The penthouse has its own elevator and the lucky owner will be greeted by a high-ceilinged, white-tiled living area upon arrival.
Located on the corner of Worth and Hibiscus, the building is in a desirable area and very close to Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Armani and Van Cleef & Arpel stores.
It was first purchased for $20 million in October 2018 by John C Kean from Kean Development. He went on to convert the second floor into a residential home with five bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms.
The most recent, however, is the backlash. There is now a 2,400-square-foot rooftop pergola with floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a lounge, sports bar and billiards area.
The penthouse is filled with natural light and has a great view of the popular shopping district.
Outside, a lush green lawn leads to an outdoor spa with its very own infinity pool and waterfall, dining area and fire pit.
And if you fancy a golf spot, the house even has its own putting green.
