Loro Piana embarked on a grand tour in spring 2023. Inspired by various travel destinations in Italy – from Tuscany to Portofino, from Puglia to the Aeolian Islands – the brand has brought its signature understated luxury into a sophisticated collection that suits different landscapes and weather conditions.

Presented at the new Cipriani Hotel in Milan – an appropriate venue considering the seasonal muse is on the move – the lineup charmed with its sense of lightness, relaxed silhouettes and search for fabrics that really elevate the tactile quality.

Shearling blousons, bouclé ponchos and coats, cashmere blazers worn with baggy trousers were effortlessly chic and felt cozy. In warmer temperatures, linen took center stage in its many blends and weaves, from light gauges to tweed, which had a different effect for suits, pocketed shirts and cuffed hem wide trousers.

Nodding to the nautical world, anoraks provided an outdoor effort that could be worn over terrycloth blazers, while breezy kaftans exuded a more feminine appeal.

With its timeless elegance, the collection proved that simplicity and comfort are the ultimate luxury in all latitudes.
