London: Woman ‘brazenly sexually assaulted by man who followed her onto bus’

A 26-year-old woman was chased onto a bus and then sexually assaulted in a “brazen” attack in London, police said.

The man targeted her on Eltham High Street in the Borough of Greenwich and pursued her to the 160 bus.

The police have now shared a photo of a man who wants to identify the incident.

It happened just after 7 p.m. on October 18, 2021,

Detective Constable Mark Davies, the investigating officer, said: “This was a brazen attack on a lone woman as she was traveling on a bus.

“Anyone who recognizes this man or knows his whereabouts is asked to call the police immediately.”

He urged anyone with information to call the police on 101 quoting CAD 6748/18Oct or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
