London: Man stabbed to death in Harrods after ‘Louis Vuitton o’clock argument’

A man has been hospitalized after being stabbed in luxury department store Harrods.
Horrified shoppers watched as a fight broke out at the store in the upscale Knightsbridge area of London.
Reports on social media claimed Saturday night’s argument centered around one o’clock in the Louis Vuitton department, although this remains unconfirmed.
An ambulance rushed to the scene after a man in his 20s suffered “stab/cut injuries”. His condition is not life threatening.
No arrests have been made but an investigation has been launched, the Metropolitan Police said last night.
A statement said: “Police were called to a fight at the Harrods store in Brompton Road, SW1 at 7.33pm on Saturday 28 January.
“Officials attended and found a man, aged 20, who suffered stab/cut injuries. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance. His condition was classified as non-life threatening.
“Detectives from the Met’s CID Central West are investigating. Barriers are in place at the site.
“At this early stage there has not yet been an arrest. Inquiries continue.’
Harrods and LVMH, Louis Vuitton’s parent company, have been asked for comment.
