A man who was stabbed to death in north London has now been named and pictured for the first time.

Jordan Briscoe was attacked in Tottenham on Sunday night, where police lines still exist.

The Metropolitan Police and emergency services were called to the Arnold Road scene at around 10.17pm.

The 25-year-old was found with multiple stab wounds and taken to a nearby hospital.

At 10.17pm on Sunday 5 March, police were called to reports of a stabbing on Arnold Road, N15. Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service. A 25-year-old man was found with stab wounds. He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being rushed to hospital, where he sadly died later that night. Although no formal identification has taken place, the deceased is believed to be 25-year-old Jordan Briscoe. Jordan's family has been informed and is being assisted by specialized officials.

Despite the best efforts of paramedics, the victim succumbed to his injuries and died later that night.

Although awaiting formal identification, his family has been informed and is being assisted by specialized officials.

A murder investigation is now underway, but detectives have not yet made any arrests.

The Met is asking witnesses to the horror attack to come forward.

Detective Chief Inspector Linda Bradley said: “My heartfelt condolences go out to Jordan’s family and friends.

“There is specialized support to help you and I can assure you that my colleagues and I will do everything we can to bring everyone involved in this tragic murder to justice.

“Closures are in place as officers conduct detailed forensic investigations into the area.

“Searches are taking place and extensive investigations are being conducted to obtain any CCTV footage that may be helpful to the investigation.

“I am appealing to anyone who has seen anything suspicious in and around Arnold Road, Philip Lane and the surrounding area to come forward.

“Some local residents have already spoken to officials to let us know what they saw or heard. I thank them for their support and urge others to contact the police or, if they wish to remain anonymous, to contact Crimestoppers.’
