A brand new multi-star workout series from MTV’s The Challenge is on the way, hosted by two-time champion Rachel Robinson.
The former Road Rules: Campus Crawl star will guide viewers through each workout with the assistance of a fellow Challenge star, focusing on a specific body part.
The video series is similar to another that ran in conjunction with the 2020 Double Agents season and is the latest in a line of Challenge-related series and projects coming out this year.
Rachel Robinson will moderate the challenge workouts
Participating in MTV’s The Challenge requires several aspects, including mental toughness, political and social play, and of course physical ability.
This physical component involves a lot of training off the show and during filming. Thanks to a new training series, fans can now train with some of The Challenge stars.
as People As exclusively reported Wednesday, the workout series will host Rachel Robinson, a Challenge winner during The Gauntlet and The Duel II seasons. She will be the instructor for each 30-minute class focused on specific areas, including Whole body strength, legs, back and chest or abs and buttocks.
Rachel is joined by another Challenge cast member at each workout, including Mark Long, Devyn Simone, Nelson Thomas, Cory Lay, Nicole Zanatta and Tori Deal.
As a Spies, Lies & Allies finalist, Tori recently showed off her toned physique. poses in a lime green bikini for your birthday. Last year she also relocated to Miami, Florida, where Robinson also lives and teaches as Barry’s Miami Master Trainer.
Robinson recently shared a video on her Instagram featuring Tori and her season 37 co-star Josh Martinez, who also live in the Miami area.
Fans can officially watch the new Challenge series youtube starting on April 18th.
Tori has appeared in previous Challenge workout classes
Prior to The Challenge: Double Agents season, Tori Deal was part of a series of online virtual courses presented in conjunction with Barry’s Bootcamp.
Rachel Robinson was the instructor for these courses, which also featured Double Agents stars Nelson ThomasNany Gonzalez and Natalie Anderson.
Tori revealed at the time that she was using YouTube workout videos as part of her training for Double Agents since gyms were closed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Sometimes I’ll put on a YouTube video and I’ll be like, ‘I’m going to do this YouTube HIIT class workout alone in my room without the weights until I feel like I’m sweating enough,'” Deal told People.
Tori also said that the mindset she believes in when working out is “definitely necessary.” The multiple Challenge finalist often shares her workouts on her Instagram in the form of photos, videos and clips in her story.
Additionally, she has shared several workouts on her YouTube channel over the past few years, including the Birth to Abs video below.
Challenge workouts are one of several new items on the way
Coming to YouTube, the Challenge Workouts are just one of many new series or projects that fans of the series can try out.
Weeks ago, The Challenge CBS spinoff was unveiled, which will only feature stars from CBS reality TV shows including Big Brother, Survivor, Amazing Race, Survivor and Love Island.
The show’s finalists move on to a global tournament called The Challenge: War of the Worlds, where the winner becomes the Challenge World Champion.
The tournament will also feature finalists from three other Challenge spinoffs from the UK, Argentina and Australia.
Additionally, an online insider recently revealed another one Challenge Type series. would film with Netflix reality TV stars from shows like Love Is Blind, The Circle and Too Hot to Handle.
Other upcoming projects or shows include a book about Challenge champions, due out in October, and The Challenge: All Stars 3 spin-off, coming to Paramount Plus in May.
The Challenge Season 38 is TBA for MTV. The Challenge: All Stars 3 launches May 11 on Paramount+.
