Kylie Jenner says she hasn’t ‘legally’ changed her baby son’s name yet

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott welcomed their second child in February but soon decided they wanted to change his name.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star originally named her first son Wolf, but then decided it didn’t suit him.

However, the makeup mogul has yet to legally give him a new name and has revealed that she knew she would “probably change his name” once she “signed the birth certificate.”

The 24-year-old reality star and the 30-year-old rapper are in the process of changing their baby’s name but want to wait before sharing his new nickname with the world for now.

The tot, formerly named Wolf, is the younger brother of four-year-old Stormi Webster, who was born to the couple in 2018.

Speaking to USA Today about her boy’s name, Kylie said, “We’re in it, so it just wouldn’t feel right to share if we didn’t have an official name.

She added: “When I signed the birth certificate I knew I would probably change his name.

“It just didn’t suit him.”

A source told PEOPLE last month that Kylie will reveal her son’s new name “when she’s ready,” and they wanted to get to know their son before making any big decisions.

“Kylie and Travis liked Wolf, but after meeting their son, they felt the name didn’t suit him. They wanted to pick the perfect name that they both loved,” an insider said.

Fans have speculated about the new name of the couple’s second child and analyzed every social media post hoping to find a clue.

Eagle-eyed devotees have even scrutinized Kylie’s latest eyeshadow palette, hoping the color names give a clue.

Kylie announced the birth of her son on February 2nd on Instagram, which was just a day after his sister Stormi was born.

Since becoming a mother of two, the businesswoman has been open about her struggles postpartum, saying that “postpartum wasn’t easy.”

“It was’nt easy. It’s very hard. This experience was a bit more difficult for me personally than it was for my daughter,” she opened.

“It’s not easy mentally, physically and spiritually. It’s just crazy. I didn’t want to just come back to life without saying so.

Kylie recently made her red carpet debut after welcoming her little boy, appearing at the premiere of her family’s new reality series, The Kardashians, which airs on Hulu this month.
