He alleges that around 140 articles published by MGN titles between 1996 and 2010 contained information gathered using unlawful methods, and 33 of these were selected to be considered in the process.
Has his wife, the Duchess of Sussex, joined him in London?
Here’s what we know.
Is Meghan Markle in London?
Meghan has not been seen in the UK and at the end of yesterday’s session the judge ordered Harry not to discuss his overnight testimony with anyone. In response, Harry joked and asked if that included his wife and children, saying that he would likely get in touch with them via a Facetime call.
Meghan is said to be in the United States with her two children, Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, who just turned 2.
Harry flew from the US to England late Sunday evening, where he had been celebrating his daughter Lilibet’s second birthday.
The couple have now resided in Montecito, California since stepping away from royal life in 2020.
While Meghan attended the funeral of the late Queen Elizabeth last September, she stayed in the US for the coronation of King Charles in May and Harry attended alone, quickly jetting in and out of the country.
The coronation took place just four months after Release of Harry’s controversial memoir, Spare, which details the mental health issues Meghan suffered after joining the royal family.
However, the couple reportedly want to stop producing Netflix shows and writing books criticizing the royals.
The process goes on.
