A WOMAN has revealed she spent a whopping £17,000 on her extensive collection of over 210 perfume bottles.
Victoria Levy, 25, from the UK, is so obsessed with smelling good that she even wears perfume to bed.
In an exclusive chat with Fabulous, she says, “I currently have about 210 bottles.”
“My collection could be worth between £15,000 and £17,000.”
“I have a huge range from designer to niche and have a few perfumes ranging from £190 to £370.”
She adds, “I probably buy 3-5 new perfumes a month… I’ve had to cut back.”
Victoria, who has bought a whopping 61 bottles of perfume from Perfume Direct alone in the last four years – which officially makes her her number one customer – is such an avid perfume fan that she even wears it to bed.
“I wear perfume to bed because it makes me feel relaxed,” she explains.

“I also shower before bed so I’m clean and fresh and then spritz on a few sprays of my perfume to just make me feel good. It also helps me sleep better. I’ve just been doing this for years, if I’m honest.”
“I never wear a heavier perfume to bed, it’s always something fresh and clean, a perfume that smells very soapy or like fresh, clean laundry.”
Perfume-obsessed Victoria recalls how her love of scents began at the tender age of six, when her mother let her have a spritz of perfume.
“As I got older, I became more and more obsessed with scents,” admits Victoria.
“More than just smelling great all the time, every perfume I own now means something to me.”
I buy 3-5 new perfumes a month…I’ve had to downsize
“I have perfumes in my collection that I don’t wear but I have them because it reminds me of someone, for example I have a perfume that reminds me of my grandma.”
I have one that reminds me of when I was younger and it was a perfume my mom wore.”
And having such an impressive collection means that Victoria, whose favorite notes are vanilla, jasmine, tonka bean, bergamot and lavender, has developed her very own perfume program that she follows every day.
“In the morning I shower and do my whole hygiene routine before spraying on my perfume,” she begins.
“I use a perfume oil and then layer it with my perfume for the day.”
“I spray my perfume on my skin and clothes – layers are good because it makes your scent last longer and gives your scent that little bit extra.”
“I keep a perfume tray in my room where I swap out my perfumes every month, and I always keep a few of my favorites on the tray too – so I choose every day.”

With so many to choose from, does Victoria have a favorite perfume?
“I haven’t always had a favorite perfume, but I’ve had one for about two years, my favorite perfume is Moschino Fresh Gold Couture,” she reveals.
“The reason it’s my favorite perfume is because it’s such a great everyday perfume.”
“I get so many compliments on it every time I wear it. It’s a beautiful fresh scent too.”
And according to Victoria, it’s important that everyone has both a day and evening perfume.
“It’s so important to have a perfume for the day and a perfume for the evening,” she says.

“I have perfumes that are specifically just for the evening/colder weather because they are deeper, more sensual scents.”
“I have perfumes that I only wear in spring and summer because everyone needs a lighter, fresher scent.”
You shouldn’t wear a heavier fragrance in the summer – it can be too sweet and not too pleasant in the heat.”
She adds: “It’s great to switch up your perfumes. It can be really boring to wear the same thing every day.”
You honestly need at least a few options.”
But despite having over 200 different fragrances to wear and not enough hours a day to wear them, Victoria isn’t worried about the expiration date.
“In the beginning I did, but I always sell/give away perfumes I don’t use,” she says.
