A TIKTOKER has claimed that you can extend your iPhone battery by up to three hours with a series of quick settings tweaks.
iPhone power usually lasts quite a long time, but if you ever run out of juice these tips are worth trying.
According to Kadama, all you have to do is turn off a few features.
First, disable background app refresh.
When this option is on, it keeps apps online so something new gets through, like an email.
This, of course, consumes electricity.
You’ll still get things like email, but instead of working in the background, you’ll have to open the app and update yourself.
You can do this by going to settingsthen Generaland Update background app where you will see an option to turn it off.
The next power saving comes from changing the motion settings, which basically reduces some of the fancy effects you see on your iPhone.
Go to Accessibilityfollowed by Movement.
switch reduce movement At.
Then switch off Play news effects automatically and Automatic playback of video previews.
Finally go to the privacy page followed by location services and system services at the bottom.
Here, switch off iPhone Analytics, Routing & Traffic and improve cards at the bottom.
All of this should help your battery last a bit longer now.
