In a video on what not to do a week before your wedding, Tania revealed the biggest mistakes and how to fix them.
Speaking directly to the camera and her followers, the wedding planner said: “So you’re not sure what to do a week before the wedding – well I’ll tell you.
“For those who don’t know me, I’m Tania and I’m a British, World Award Winning Wedding Planner.
“And I’m here to help and give you tips and tricks and really have some fun on TikTok.”

Then, Tania lifted the lid as she recalled moments throughout her career when she’d seen brides and grooms make the same mistakes over and over — especially when it came to beauty treatments.
“So the first thing I would say is please avoid any face waxing or face threading before your wedding.”
However, she added a caveat: “If you don’t always do it and you know your skin then great, let’s do it.”
Tania’s second piece of advice was not to sign up for a spray tan or tanning treatment either.
She continued, “Again, I would avoid spray tanning unless you do it all the time.
“First, it really shows in your photos, and second, you don’t want brown stains on your suits or dresses, whatever you’re wearing.”
Tania then said she suggested that people shouldn’t get facials or experiment with new skin products so close to the ceremony.
She continued, “Again, you don’t want your skin to react to the new products you’re going to use and you want to keep it clean. So stick to your old routine.”

The fourth thing Tania had seen was people having their hair completely restyled or colored.
While Tania’s fifth tip was don’t start a new exercise routine that you aren’t used to, as you may be pulling or straining a muscle.
The same applies to a crash diet. Tania continued: “Nobody has to go on a diet anyway because you’re beautiful the way you are.
“But if you want to go on a diet before your wedding, please see a professional.”
Tania’s final no-gos are not getting a photographer the night before, not arguing with anyone for the past seven days.
She also said that many don’t take the time to stop to properly enjoy the preparation and that the tenth and final thing that should be banned is last minute changes to the wedding.
