I’m a proud catfish, but people say my glow-up is “too much” and my face is “painted on”.

TikTok user Jesy Volk shared a video showing how she transformed her face with makeup and ended up almost unrecognizable.

The TikToker started her catfish tutorial by showing viewers a closeup of her flawless face.

Her natural skin was pink in hue and had multiple patches on her forehead, cheeks, and chin.

Jesy then added several layers of concealer and foundation until her complexion looked completely different.

She also filled in her naturally light eyebrows and heavily contoured her cheekbones.

Candace completed her look with dramatic eyeshadow and winged eyeliner, and smiled for the camera.

However, TikTok users took to the comments section to voice their criticism of the stunning transformation.

“Guys this is why we’re going swimming on our first date,” commented one viewer.

Another person wrote: “I can imagine [the] The morning after [a] Club night and waking up together [it] can cause a heart attack.”

“One more layer and it would hold up better than asphalt,” said a third user.
