A PERSONAL trainer reveals her reaction to clips of the Kardashians working out and the five changes she would make to their techniques.

Sophia Nichole, a bike and boot camp trainer, posted a video showing her apparent shock in reaction to the Kardashians’ moves at the gym.

The 10-second compilation, which has more than 9 million views on TikTok, was shared earlier this month with the caption: “Sorry WHAT #fitnesscoach #kardashianworkout #personaltrainer”

Sophia, who works at AARMY in New York City, also commented: “Just for the record – this isn’t a shot at the women. More than that, how and why is no one helping them?!?! Like the resources!!?! “

The personal trainer spoke about video clips of Khloe and Kim working on The Kardashians, a series that’s streamable on Hulu, Disney+ and Star+ in Latin America.

A day after Sophia’s original post, the exercise expert shared a follow-up video in which she “explains with more clarity what could be different” about the Kardashian sisters’ workouts.

“We love a nurse workout but here are just a few tips,” she captioned the post.

As the Kardashians are seen working out, the personal trainer explains the five changes that should be made.

She says: “There is an obvious lack of muscle control. Kim should really slow down the reps and lower her shoulders.

“I’d like less momentum in Khloe’s bicep curl. Just slow down the reps and try to get the full range of motion.”

As Sophia commented on the lack of muscle control, Khloe can be seen in a video doing a sideways pulldown or a tricep pulldown while standing.

After acknowledging that she’s aware the Kardashians do “a million things a day,” Sophia tells viewers that she thinks the sisters could find a coach to give them additional pointers, considering how many resources they must have.

“There has to be a trainer who can tell them to just slow down and train their bodies in an effective, safe, and truly transformative way,” she said.

One viewer commented, “Maybe their swinging and swooshing is just for filming for their reality TV because slowing it down takes up more airtime.”

Sophia replied: “I just can’t imagine anyone looking at this cut and thinking, ‘Yeah. That looks right.’”

Another TikTok viewer suggested the Kardashians might be “working for muscular endurance.”

The NYC-based trainer fired back, “Between the half reps and the form…

“Unfortunately it doesn’t build muscular endurance.”

Earlier this month, Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer Melissa Alcantara spoke to Style Caster.

Melissa explained: “We always add more weight, some days we lift heavier than others. We sometimes focus on the form. We sometimes focus on the power.”

She continued, “I’ll be doing the same workout that she’s doing later in the day – hip thrusts, reverse lunges, chest press, shoulder press.”

Some of the key booty workouts she talked about are stiff-legged deadlifts, reverse lunges, and weighted cable kickbacks.
