I’m a makeup expert and you’re doing your lashes wrong

FAKE LASHES look great on a night out – but we often struggle with them being lifted at the corners.

Luckily, a makeup expert showed how to put them on properly, and they’ll stay in place all night.

Brooke from the UK shared her hack on her TikTok channel, Big Pink Energy, where it went viral with over 60,000 views.

She said, “If you can’t get your false lashes to stop at the inner corners, this video is for you.”

First, Brooke applies the glue to the lash band as usual, but recommends applying more to the inner and outer corners of the lashes.

Next comes the most important part of making sure they stay safe throughout the night. Brooke applies some lash glue to the corners of her eyes just above the lash line.

She said that although the lash glue says to let the glue dry for 30 seconds, you should wait at least two minutes before trying to apply them to your eyes.

After two minutes, Brooke demonstrates the application of the lashes and says, “You go on with no problem.

“If you need to cover the band with some eyeliner, just do that.”

She also recommends taking your lash glue with you in case they start lifting.

And viewers of the video couldn’t wait to try her tips, with one writing: “Thanks!! I needed that.”
