TARGET is considered a one-stop shop for people with huge shopping lists – including hair care supplies.
Some Target products are absolutely perfect for hair care, while others should be avoided entirely.
A professional hairstylist and TikToker named Becca Mader posted a video describing which Target products to buy for proper hair care.
She was also sure to tell you which products could do more harm than good to your hair.
According to Becca, It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-In Conditioner is something you should definitely buy to condition your hair.
Target’s website lists the 10-ounce bottle for $28.
Next, Becca says it would be wise to stay away from Maui Moisture-branded products.
The Maui Moisture brand offers a lot of sweet-smelling fragrances, but from Becca’s point of view, they just aren’t a good buy.
The Bed Head brand, on the other hand, gets the seal of approval from the TikToking hairdresser.
She zoomed in on Bed Head’s Self-Absorbed Mega Nutritionent Conditioner and Bed Head’s After Party Super Smoothing Cream.
Bed Head’s conditioner is $14.99 on Target’s website, while the soothing cream is $19.99.
Shea Moisture Smoothie Curl Enhancing Cream is a product designed for women with curly hair, and Becca says it’s safe to buy.
A 12-ounce container costs $11.99 on the Target website and smells like coconut and hibiscus according to the label.
If you thought buying Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner was a good idea, Becca says it’s absolutely not.
She also disagrees with Suave’s shampoo and conditioner for safe hair care.
If you’re interested in Camille Rose Gro Back Drops, Becca says go for it.
The drops help strengthen your hair follicles and are priced at $14.99 on Target’s website.
Becca has good news for those interested in Ecoco Olive Styling Gel.
The olive oil-scented gel is safe for your hair and costs $5.29 on Target’s website.
However, Mane n’ Tail’s line of products isn’t so lucky when it comes to getting Becca’s approval. She said bluntly, “No, never.”
Fairytale’s Lice Prevention Shampoo and Conditioner is safe to use and according to Becca, “Great for kids.”
Certain hairbrushes are better for your follicles than others, and from Becca’s perspective, the Tangle Teezer detangling hairbrush is her preferred choice.
Billed as the ultimate detangler for all hair textures, the brush is priced at $14.99 on Target’s website.
Of all the products that Becca said yes to, It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-In Conditioner was the biggest hit in her comments section.
One woman wrote: “A 10 has always been so beautiful for my hair, love it.”
Another person added, “I work at Target and this It’s a 10 product never stays on the shelves. In 2 to 3 days we will be sold out.”
