A TIKTOKER has revealed the affordable health must-haves currently lurking in the aisles of Walmart.
While some versions of this fitness hack taste great, he described another as simply “not good.”
Konlan Paul, @kjperformancenutrition, regularly shows his TikTok followers tips and tricks to get fit.
In a recent video, he showed his followers exactly which Walmart protein powders are worth their price and taste, and which ones should be avoided.
“Starting with one of the oldest brands, Body Fortress: $1.30 per scoop, decent taste, slightly more calories,” Konlan said of the first powder he reviewed.
“Didn’t even know they had ISO100 here, but great protein,” the TikToker explained when showing off the Flintstones character packaging.
Though it’s more expensive than other options, Konlan said the flavor was “firm.”
Walmart offers many popular personal products under its affordable private label Equate.
Picking up the Equate protein powder, Konlan warned his followers that it was only the right buy for the extra money conscious.
“I would say that you can only get this if you’re short on cash,” the fitness enthusiast said of the private label product.

He said that the Walmart-based powder just “isn’t good.”
Konlan’s choice of all powders was Premiere Protein.
The brand has impressive macronutrient levels and tastes “great,” according to Konlan.
In the comments section, the TikToker asked his followers, “WHICH STORE NEXT?!”
Commentators took turns responding, one saying, “Publix?”
An impatient viewer said: “Day 19 you’ve been asked to review vanilla whey protein powder.”
A more perceptive comment expressed, “That’s a nice Walmart.”
Konlan replied, “Lol, it’s solid.”
