A CLEANING expert shared a trick on how to make washing floors a lot easier and all it takes is a broom.

The cleaning hack aims to save people time and effort by letting the broom do most of the work.

TikTok creator @bossladycleaninghacks shared the mix she uses to clean her floors. It seems to help her pick up the dirt and dust that accumulates with ease.

The video has more than 4 million views since it was posted in January.

But what surprised many viewers the most was Amy’s use of a broom during her cleaning video.

Amy dumps the mixture on the floor and cleans it with a broom, using its bristles to scrub the cleaning mixture onto the floor.

She then mops up the mixture by dropping a towel and sweeping the towel across the floor with the broom.

As she pours the dirty water down the toilet, her followers see how much dirt the cleaning mixture and broom picked up.

“I feel like this cleans the floor so much better than a mop anyway!!” A commenter mentioned using the broom.

“The broom thing is really smart. You get into all these grooves,” said another person.

Amy shared in another video how others can make the mix.

The cleaning solution contains: 6 cups boiling water, 1/4 cup Arm & Hammer Cleaner, and 1/2 cup 30% vinegar.

“Scrub and rinse thoroughly!” She wrote, adding that this was the only one of four solutions she tried that worked.

In the comments section, Amy explained that she uses the mix on vinyl floors.

“These are not pieces of wood,” she said in a comment.

“I advise against ever pouring water on wooden floors. These are vinyl.”

Another person shared how the cleaning hack worked well for bathroom cleaning as well.
