I’m a Chick-fil-A superfan – spot on if you want an equivalent to the McDonald’s McFlurry

A YOUTUBER shared the secrets to ordering the equivalent of a McDonald’s McFlurry at Chick-Fil-A and saving money in the process.
Matt Granite, known as the Deal Guy, said if you order a kid’s meal and replace the toys with ice cream with cookies on top, you’re getting the best bang for your buck.

Sometimes the cashier will give you the cookie crumbs for free, and sometimes they’ll charge you an extra 30 cents, Granite said.
However, if you order the Chick-Fil-A kids’ menu this way, in addition to the ice cream, you’ll receive fries, a drink, and your choice of roasted or grilled nuggets or chicken strips.
You can also replace the fries with a fruit bowl, waffle potato chips, applesauce, or a small mac and cheese.
The final cost came in at $5.69, only $2 cheaper than an MCFlurry, which can range from around $2 to $4 depending on location and size.

Granite shared more fast food saving tips,
One downloads fast food restaurants apps to get free perks.

Chick-Fil-A can give you a free brownie or other item when you earn their rewards
Another tip was to ask the sandwich chain Jimmy John’s to sell you their bread
Granite says he got a 16-inch loaf for just 50 cents.

Another tip was to order the kids meal from Dairy Queen, which Granite says is the same size as an adult meal.
