CALLING all fake tan fans!
If you want a faux glow but don’t have a vacation planned, fear not.
And don’t worry, you won’t break the bank with this clever hack.
Getting the perfect fake tan look can be a challenge, and there’s nothing worse than smeared legs or blotchy arms.
But thanks to one beauty fanatic, there’s a clever way you can get a great, natural, even-looking tan at home.
With this hack, all you need is a spray bottle with a continuous mist.
If you don’t have one, you can buy them online and they’re really cheap.
You can get them from a variety of sites including Amazon, eBay and AliExpress for as little as £1.20.
Beauty fan Raven Elyse took to TikTok to share her fake tan hack video and it made a big impression on people.
Raven uploaded the video titled “Self Tan Hack!” where she shows how to get a professional self tan spray tan at home.
She said: “Rather than doing all of this (fake tanning mitt), apparently you should just go here (points to a Sephora bag), get some of this (Isle of Paradise self-tanning water refill) and one of these (mist spray bottle) and it’s a lot easier.
“I’m about to try it.
“I’m already naturally melanized, but I use self-tanner to even out my skin tone (my upper body is lighter than my lower body).
“This bottle is a continuous atomizer so it comes out more like a spray tan device, like a really fine mist.
“You can pump it to make it run evenly.

“It’s recommended to do this in the shower so you don’t make a mess.”
Showing how she sprays her legs with the fake tan, Raven continues, “I left it on overnight, I can safely say we look pretty toasty. I definitely need to get used to the spray method, but it’s definitely easier to apply.”
Beauty fans were clearly very impressed with Raven’s spray tan idea, as her video racked up a whopping 5.6 million views.
It has 1.1 million likes, 6,127 comments, and 70.9,000 shares.
If you fancy trying this method, Isle of Paradise self-tanning water refills are currently on sale at Boots, from £14.95 to just £11.22.
Fake tan fans were very impressed with the idea, and many used the comments to say so.
One person said: “Love this idea!!”
Another added: “So smart.”
A third commented: “I’m speechless.”
Another said: “I have the same bottle and use it and it applies beautifully.”
