Illinois man accused of stealing watch at Ritz in Sunny Isles Beach

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Florida. – A 32-year-old Illinois man has been accused of stealing watches and cash from the Ritz Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach.

Security forces identified Harold Wilbourn as the burglar who stole a $75,000 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore from a 50th floor apartment.

Officials arrested Wilbourn at the luxury home on Collins Ave. 15701 fixed. According to the arrest form, he had six stolen watches.

Wilbourn faces three counts of grand theft and three counts of breaking into an unoccupied home. His bond was priced at $52,500.
