TikTok user Michela Crayton took to the platform to describe the requests she and her colleagues have received as Starbucks employees that have upset her.
This included preparing cold brew for customers, preparing items on the fly, cleaning the floors and bathroom, sliding into dto/dtr (i.e. taking orders from the drive-thru), as well as working on the cold bar
In the comments section of the recording, Crayton clarified that she loves her job and that the clips were thrown together by her and her colleagues during breaks.
People in the comments section of the humorous video, including apparent Starbucks employees, offered mixed opinions about Crayton’s experience.

“Nah but making cold brew is such a nice break,” one person wrote.
“Bro this is so funny hahahahha,” mused another.
“[Sliding] going into dtr is really the worst thing that ever happened to me at work lol,” shared a colleague.
“Okay… But floors aren’t THAT bad,” someone tried to reason.
“Why do you hate dtr, you get paid to talk to people. What is there not to love?”
“I’ll do floors if it gets me out of the crowd.”
“I used to hate being sat on a cold bar,” a recent person shared Crayton’s sentiment.
