YOU may have been told to always lock big breasts in a bra.
But that couldn’t be further from the truth, and one fashionista has revealed how and why you should stop wearing one.
Casee Brim from Australia often shares content that helps women with larger breasts feel more confident and shares styling tips.
In a video posted to her account, she revealed how she trained her boobs to go braless.
Although Casee is a natural F cup, she hasn’t worn a bra in a long time and she explained why.
She said: “The science behind training girls to go bra-free to perk them up is pretty simple.
“If you wear a bra all day, all the time, you rely on that bra to provide the support, the skin isn’t even strained, the muscle isn’t strained.
“On the other hand, if you try to train your girls without bras more often, it strains the muscles.”
This means they lift and actually work the breasts, making your breasts perkier over time.
“It’s not an alternative to a surgical breast lift,” she adds.
“It’s not going to give you those kinds of results, but it definitely makes what you have and what you’re working with a little bit bolder, a little bit tighter.”
“A little easier to argue with, if you will,” jokes Casee.
She said there will always be occasions when you might want extra support with a bra or chest band, but she said she rarely wears one since she trains her breasts to go braless.
And she doesn’t feel like wearing them again.
Many viewers were grateful for Casee’s tips and even recommended their own.
One wrote: “Thank you! I’ve also heard that some chest exercises at the gym help.”
Another commented: “Why are we even wearing them!!! How actually…”
“Also pushups and bench presses!! Builds muscle underneath and above and pulls the girls up,” added a third user.
