Women with large breasts struggle to find the perfect—and most flattering—swimwear for curvy figures.
But one beachgoer was particularly drained during an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction while donning a Skims swimsuit.
US-based Taylor Loren shared her excitement on TikTok when she received her “Skims swim haul” from Kim Kardashian in the mail.
That enthusiasm was short-lived, however, as she ended up giving the TV star a lecture on the importance of support for larger breasts.
She told viewers: “I just got a pair of giant Skims swim trunks but the question is will they fit my giant tits?
“For reference, I’m a 34J and I wear a 4X in the Skims bra so hopefully that (swimwear) will work as well.”
After donning the triangle top in a 4X, she told the camera it wasn’t big enough while protecting her modesty by wrapping her top half in a long sheet of paper.
Taylor added, “I can’t show you because you can see it doesn’t fit at all. It basically just covers my nipples.”
Next came the pink Skims swimwear bikini top in a size 3X paired with mid-waisted 3X bikini bottoms that Taylor described as “fine.”
Turning to the camera, she added, “The bottoms look cute from behind.” After dismissing the 4X bikini top as “too big,” she reported that the smaller size fit better.
But she wasn’t sure how much support it would provide for her large breasts, as the bikinis are low-cut and the straps are “non-adjustable”.
“If there were more adjustable straps, I might be more interested in them. But that’s a pass for me,” she added.
She also wanted to “really like” the 3X swim sarong, “but I just can’t get it to work”.
Taylor pointed to her stomach and said, “This stuff just kind of sticks to things it’s not supposed to stick to.
Her “last chance for Skims swimwear” was a one-piece in 4X.
She said of the brown zip-front sleeveless swimsuit, “Yes! This cut is very flattering and cuts down on your wait times, I’m really into it.”
However, after opening the front towards her navy, she added: “One thing you need to know is that she offers very little support.
“The zipper is the only thing holding you. So you have to make sure you buy a size that is tight enough here (points to her waist).
“And then when you’re close to family, feel free to zip it up if you need a more modest option.”
“I’m 6ft 1 so there’s a bit of a drag here (points to her upper chest) I think it’s just because I’m so tall.
“Honestly I can’t decide whether I want to keep it or not as it looks cute (but) is it practical? I dont know.”
Taylor said she has “high hopes for swimwear design” instead, having just placed an alternative order.
Thanking her for the honest feedback, one viewer wrote: “I can never find reviews for girls with big boobs!! how do you like the bra Supportive enough?”
According to Kardashian, Skims is the “next generation of shapewear, underwear and loungewear”.
