Hip hop artist outraged after Pool calls him ‘racist’

Fifth episode of Tim Poolpodcast’s almost become a brawl.

On the show, Pool and guest Ryan A. Thorburn, aka RA the Rugged Man, are discussing the issue of racism.

At one point, RA accused Group “advertisement” Derek Chauvin“And defend those who murdered Ahmaud Arbery.

“Life was lost by the police and you were there to attack the damn police,” he said.

Also in the Pool chat, ai often guard violent far-right extremists, claiming he was pulled aside for more screenings at airports. Hip-hop artist RA is skeptical.

“I think it’s the beanie,” he joked at one point.

Pool then accused him of being “racist” and called him a “racist”. Both men are white.

Everything happened quickly after that.

To defend himself, Pool referenced a documentary he made about protests over the 2014 police shooting death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. Raising his voice, he said: “‘Do you have the courage to come to me and tell me my experiences don’t matter in battle.” (Pool did not note that he made the documentary before his political views hit the 180 mark and he became a conservative commentator.)

“Stop screaming, bitch,” RA replied in a calmer voice. “Stop shouting…. I’m not that guy”.

“Right. You’re that guy,” Pool insisted.

RA jumped up from his seat, pushed the microphone away, cursed, and yelled, “I’m not that guy!” and something about being “damned.”

The two then calmed down, apologized, and took the matter out.

Pool removed the episode from his YouTube channel, but clips of their discussion, more controversial, nevertheless surfaced on social media on Friday.

“Rapper RA The Rugged Man lost it and almost hit the podcast server that was on air,” tweeted @nojumper.

The internet is the internet, it also inspired a meme.

Many people appreciate their conversation and credit them to apologize.

“A strong man has to admit you’ve been left out. Very respectfully, “one answered to RA’s tweet.

Some Pool fans also attacked RA “So you admit, you’re ‘that guy?'” speak one.

Others sided with the RA.

“Tim Pool’s claim to smoke with RA the Rugged Man is how you know these kinds of alternative rights have been launched on the internet,” tweeted @andraydomise.

On Friday, both men tweeted statements noting that they made up with each other. Pool said it “heated up” and “felt bad about it.” RA said he was “off the line.”
