Heavy flames damage a home in Jefferson County
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. — Crews are working to bring a violent house fire under control in rural Jefferson County on Wednesday morning.
The fire broke out at a home on JC Lane in a rural area near the towns of Fenton, Murphy and High Ridge.
Travelers could see several kilometers of thick smoke from the sky. SkyFOX, operated by Bommarito Automotive Group, surveyed the damage and discovered some serious flames.
No injuries have been reported so far. The Saline Valley Fire Department and other agencies are assisting in fighting the fire.
