Guy Sebastian’s neighbor Phillip Hanslow claims the singer “topped” him with bricks.
In an interview with Nine News, Hanslow, who takes care of his wife full-time, said he had “so many arguments with Mr Sebastian that it’s too volatile to try and live over there”.
“I was there cleaning bricks on my property and was approached by Mr. Sebastian, which then led to an altercation.”
According to court documents, Hanslow also resided in Carlton, south Sydney.
A high-profile criminal defense attorney, Wrench has previously represented celebrities including Shannon Noll and NRL player Sam Burgess.
The case is scheduled to be brought back to court on March 23.
