Gunshots during altercation lead Colby College to shelter on site - Boston News, Weather, Sports

WATERVILLE, Maine (WHDH) — Gunshots during an altercation with non-Colby students in on-campus apartments prompted officials to order a shelter at Colby College Saturday morning.

The person who fired a firearm was arrested by police. No Colby students were injured, according to a college spokesman.

Staff have been on campus supporting students and counseling services are available this morning for individual and group support.
