Great excitement among Heat and Celtics fans at FTX Arena for Game 7

The energy was electrified as fans poured through the doors of FTX Arena to watch Game 7 of Sunday’s Eastern Conference Finals between the Heat and the Boston Celtics.

Despite the inclement weather that greeted downtown Miami, die-hard Heat fans stayed focused.

“We try to get jerseys like for the game,” said Liza Magana. “We’re pretty excited.”

Boston fans also walked through the doors excitedly and boldly walked through enemy territory.

“I just flew in this morning,” said Matthew Torres. “I’m ready to kick this man’s butt. i hate the heat I can not stand them.”

There was so much passion for both teams, with standing room-only tickets having hampered sales on Ticketmaster for up to $254 apiece.

Freddy Kriewitz and his girlfriend, both from Germany, scored a pair and admitted they were here because of the hype.

“She likes basketball,” Kriwitz said. “I hate it. I hate all sports. They’re in Miami and want to cheer on the Heat? Sure. I feel like I’ll get killed if I don’t say so.”
