Good Samaritans jumped into action to rescue the driver who was stuck in the car after a rollover accident in North Miami

CUTLER BAY, Fla. — Cutler Bay was soaked again as rain hit South Florida Thursday afternoon.

At the entrance to the Lakes by the Bay community, just off Old Cutler Road and Southwest 216th Street, cars had water almost to their tires trying to leave the neighborhood.

As of Friday, this area has seen two feet of water in the past seven days and the rain continues to fall.

This weather has also created dangerous road conditions that resulted in a driver being involved in a rollover accident at Biscayne Road and 135th Street in North Miami.

Cellphone video captured the moment Good Samaritans stepped into action to help rescue a driver from a rollover accident.
