A popular TikToker went viral on the platform after revealing Five Guys’ secret menu hack, “the bacon trick.”
The viral video began with a sting from another user asking, “What’s a weird inflection in your world that no one else would understand?”
It then cut to TikTok user Jordan (@jordan_the_stallion8), who revealed that fast food establishments “contact him” because he has “knowledge of fast food secrets” that he “always tells everyone.”
Jordan said Five Guys was the latest company to reach out to him to ask if he knew of any “fast food secrets” or “secret menus” related to the chain. He confessed that he knew nothing but “the bacon trick.”
What is “the bacon trick”? According to Jordan, “Five Guys, as a facility, does not pay for extra cheese or extra bacon.”
“You can literally order as many bacon bits on your burger as you want and it’s free,” he said.
Jordan revealed he’s taking advantage of the free toppings by ordering enough bacon for him to eat for breakfast the next day. He said that instead of buying bacon from the store, he goes to Five Guys for lunch and saves the bacon for breakfast the next morning.

The video has been viewed 4.4 million times since it was posted on March 8th. In the comments, viewers claiming to be current or former Five Guys employees confirmed the truth about Jordan’s hack.
“I worked for 5 guys for 3 years, I can confirm that. Order the extra bacon and cheese for free,” commented one viewer.
“As a five-man worker, I can attest that this is true,” repeated a second.
“Or something extra. Managed one for a few years. Great place,” added a third.
However, some viewers condemned Jordan for revealing the hack.
“And now they will attack! Damn Jordan!!” wrote one user.
“Nooooooo. Now they’re starting to load,” repeated a second.
“Damn, now they’re going to ask for bacon,” agreed another.
Accordingly taste of homeextra bacon and cheese are free, by the way.
“Five Guys has fifteen different toppings you can put on your burger – all of which add up to the same price. What many people don’t realize, however, is that you can ask for extra cheese and bacon at no extra charge,” reports the outlet.
The Daily Dot reached out to Jordan via email and TikTok comment for more information.
