Flash flood warning issued for northern Broward County

BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning Sunday afternoon as rain moved into Broward County.

The warning applies to northern Broward County.

According to the NHC, there are concerns about flash flooding caused by showers and thunderstorms moving into the area.

The warning is in effect until 4:45 p.m. Sunday.
