First Lady Jill Biden will undergo a procedure to remove a lesion in her right eye that was found during a routine skin cancer screening.
The first lady, 71, will be seen at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center next Wednesday, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, President Joe Biden’s doctor.
Doctors recommended the first lady have the lesion removed in a “standard outpatient procedure,” O’Connor said Wednesday. The lesion is being examined “with great caution,” he said.
