Above FBI Season 4 Episode 8, the four men signaled to toast. One man wished them success afterwards he was shot down!
Agent Scola visits his brother’s grave then receives a call to report the crime scene. The Feds got a call from the local police because the man had a The basement is full of homemade bomb-making materials. The murdered man is Elliot Young, he was a bomb maker in a past life and the team investigates if it is related to an upcoming terrorist attack…
The team uses an elimination process, and Bell and OA visit Hannah Thompson’s home and notice blood stains in the car they were looking for. They entered the mansion and found the woman drying her hair completely oblivious to their entrance.
When they brought her in for questioning, they found her husband had been killed in the 9/11 attacks. Wallace and Scola interviewed the woman and she claimed to know nothing. When asked who else uses her car, she told them, Humberto. When they used facial recognition on the man, they learned it was an alias and that he was Felix Ramos, a known terrorist on the watch list!
The agents pressed the woman when they realized that the blood in the car belonged to the victim. She thinks her “boyfriend” has made a documentary and she will invest in their project. They inquired about any of his associates and knew about Ernesto. She was supposed to give him $30,000, but couldn’t get it all in time.
Castille learns that the motive for the bombing may be related to the birthday of another terrorist leader in Venezuela. They plan to blow up the symbol of American capitalism.
The team then contacted Hannah to meet Ernesto. When she gave the man cash, the agents grabbed him. Before they could catch him, he grabbed an innocent bystander who pointed a gun at her head to demand a car. He didn’t stand a chance when federal snipers took him down!
Jailbreaking the man’s phone further reveals their plans, but they need to locate Felix to prevent the bomb from going off. Scola intends to lure him out but they need Hannah’s help again. Scola openly shared that his brother died on September 11, related to the missing woman and she agreed.
The Feds go undercover and he sends someone else to take his place. It was close to becoming dangerous for Hannah as the man was trying to rob her but the agents pointed their guns at him before he could flinch.
His name is Carlos Velez. During interrogation, he boasted of his ideals and bombed the US financial system to level the global financial playing field.
Ironically, he used American law to prevent them from pressing him – asking for a lawyer. Scola was very attached to the case and wanted permission to question him, but higher ups needed to get a record of the case. Their only move was to notify the Venezuelan embassy that they had one of their citizens in custody.
Push to the extreme
The team hacked into Carlos’s whereabouts and he had the blueprints. The group’s investigation led them to Wallstreet. That’s the building where Hannah works. They interviewed the woman again, but she insisted that Felix definitely stole her office keycard. Scola pressed her hard but eventually stepped back to give her more information.
They broke into the building and found explosives installed in the basement. It is very sophisticated, if moved it will explode and just over 4 hours before exploding. The team eventually found Felix from photo geotagging and tracked him down at a building that needed a dock. Scola rushed the man hard but OA had to coldly tell him not to ruin her career because of this. Scola tightens, “This is exactly why you should ruin your career!”
The Feds tried to evacuate everyone but didn’t have enough time. Scola was enraged and set out on a personal quest, tracking down something he recalled from Hannah. I found Pablo, Felix’s brother.
The agent dragged the young man down to the basement where the bomb was and it was only 7 minutes away. He called Wallace to put Felix on Facetime and show him his bargaining chip. Felix said Pablo would have to make sacrifices but time passed he gave him the deactivation code.
Scola let Pablo go and must face the consequences of his actions. Castille spoke to Scola about it but Rina Trenholm took the blame for it, saying she supported his decision to turn the director against them. Even though she was scolded for her actions. (In my humble opinion, he did the right thing and saved countless lives rather than doing some crappy bureaucracy. Leave your opinion if you agree or disagree in the comment section!)
Hannah has been released and shares her trauma of dating Wallace. Later, Wallace met with Scola and asked if he had spoken to anyone about dealing with 9/11. He shared that he had not spoken to his brother’s wife and children for many years.
Wallace has been trying to connect with her partner for a while, and shared that she thinks of his brother’s death as a way to disconnect from real relationships. That night, Scola came home to visit her family…
