The FBI also learned that the Colombian cartel was behind the Chileans, so the DEA already had a file on them. Their heists are usually more organized, but this one was sloppy. The team received information that their suspect had boarded a subway train but thought he would see a doctor soon as he had been shot. They alerted nearby medical facilities.

Security footage picked up the suspect. He was already known to the DEA, he is Chato Flores. They had previously arrested him for armed robbery but let him go as he had no criminal record.

Speaking to the jewelry store owner, he hinted at possible motives as he would benefit from an insurance policy from the robbery. However, a girl visiting the store and flirting with him caught the attention of the FBI. She was a Chilean who worked in a strip club. She could possibly have ties to the criminal tourist ring…

Meanwhile, the Fugitive Taskforce learned about the FGN cartel network formerly run by Rafael Zamora (portrayed by Jay Santiago). He was recently murdered in New York. They suspected that Oscar Zamora (portrayed by Efren Ramirez) had something to do with it.Agent Gaines had a personal connection to the case since she had acted covertly against the faction in Miami. She narrowly escaped this ordeal alive.

Suddenly, the FBI tipline received a call from a woman who wanted to speak to The European. That was Gaines’ code name. During the course of the investigation, Gaines found a woman who was being tortured. The same man who tortured the woman is the same man who tortured her. It was Oscar Zamora and the task force wanted to go after him!
