Father “tricks” wife into “kidnapping” their three children to Libya

Three young children have been kidnapped and taken to Libya by their “cruel” father, who is pretending to be holidaying in Britain, the Supreme Court has heard.
A judge has ruled that Khalid, nine, and his sisters Aasiyah, seven, and Maimunha, four, can now be identified as the legal battle continues in London.
They were “secretly” removed from mother Dawn Daley, 44, by her estranged husband Fares Aljehani in July, the court has been told.
And when Ms. Daley sent Aljehani legal papers, he responded with a laughing emoji.
The youngsters from Wythenshawe, Manchester had always lived in Britain.
“It is evident that (they) were wrongfully removed from this country by their father in what at first sight was an obvious kidnapping,” Justice Peel said.
“This father has inflicted great cruelty on these children and their mother.”
He urged anyone who can assist in the children’s return – including “authorities in Libya who are interested to take appropriate steps”.
