FAAB Waiver Wire Pickups – You

Justin Fields (QB, CHI) – FAAB bid: 8-10%

19% support

The field flashed some good and bad in Sunday night’s loss to Green Bay, which isn’t great in real life but it fits the fantasy. He completed only 18/3 passes for 224 yards, but we saw the first game of his career with 2 TD passes and he led Chicago with a 74-yard dash. The rookie misses, but he’s a rookie and will miss! The game on the ground makes him a weekly QB1 darts thrower, especially with Minnesota on the horizon. The Vikings gave permission Aaron Rodgers, Jared Goff, and Big Ben for at least three points in their last four games while Lamar Jackson chase them 120 yards into Week 9.

Tagovailoa (QB, MIA) – FAAB bid: 5-6%

32% support

Tua and the Dolphins have an end-of-season break to beat the Jets in a packed house outing. I’m a little concerned about the low ceilings here, as Tagovailoa hasn’t gone 275 yards or twice TD in any of his three games since returning from injury in November. , if you need a safer range of results, then using Tua for your knockout gives a 15-point floor, especially if Myles Gaskin is not 100%.

FAAB Waiver Wire Pickups – Running Backs

Rashaad Penny (RB, SEA) – FAAB bid: 30-50%

20% support

Seattle has been trying to find an identity urgently since losing Chris Carson for the season, but Penny’s 137-yard, two-touch game of the day certainly helped. Penny has battled injury this season as well as his entire career, but hopes to make an eternal appearance in the Pacific Northwest. The Seahawks faced a strong Rams front in Week 15, but then they got Chicago and Detroit in Weeks 16-17. The only concern that lasts for me is Adrian Peterson will be a short-term factor and TD equity is still very valuable.

Ameer Abdullah (RB, CAR) – FAAB bid: 8-12%

11% support

Without CMC, Abdullah and Chuba Hubbard split the backyard. As we envisioned, Hubbard was the first jab with 10 carries and no target, while Abdullah saw four objects and four targets. Abdullah will get 33 yards in six touches as Carolina comes down for the third time and passes back. Chances will increase in tough battles with Buffalo and Tampa Bay over the next two weeks, so those desperate in the PPR format should replenish.

Craig Reynolds (RB, DET) – FAAB Bid: 6-10%

1% is supported

Adam Schefter told us he’ll be starting Reynolds on his fantasy team, and Sunday showed why. Third-year RB raised from Detroit’s practice team with D’Andre Swift and Jamaal Williams not available, with more of his work coming soon like Jermar Jefferson is also severely limited. Reynolds hit a total of 99 yards after 13 touchdowns and showed enough spark to remain a factor after Williams and/or Swift returns. The odds will go up if Swift shuts down in 2021.

FAAB Free Pick Up – Wide Receiver

Gabriel Davis (WR, BUF) – FAAB Bid: 15-20%

3% support

Davis turned eight goals into five catches in 43 yards and a TD against Tampa Bay on Sunday, with his role expanding after Emmanuel Sanders injured in the knee. Davis will run 51 routes, right there with Stefan Diggs’56 and Cole Beasley55 on the day. If Sanders missed out on significant time, Davis was a keen consideration at the tournament based on Buffalo’s high scoring results. That said, the games against Carolina and New England in Weeks 15-16 are suboptimal against a gravy compared to Atlanta in Week 17.

Sterling Shepard (WR, NYG) – FAAB Bid: 8-12%

26% support

I know, Giants are a mess and you don’t want to be part of it. Shepard was a hot ticket after starting 2021 with 16 catches from 207 meters and a point in two games, but he was injured later. He returned briefly in October with a 10-game catch with the Rams and would then be injured against Kansas City a few weeks later. He only had two catches in 27 yards on Sunday, but there will be a big bump if Daniel Jones deleted to return. He should be more involved at intervals regardless.

Allen Lazard (WR, GB) – FAAB Bid: 5-7%

4% support

Remember when Lazard scored a TD in 3/4 of his comebacks in Weeks 6-9? It was a fun time, but fireworks ramped up in Week 14 with goals (7), catch (6) and yards (75) next to his fourth TD. He even had a dash over 14 meters high. His strong blocking has kept him on the field regularly, although his more modest running totals reduce his ceiling. Angry Aaron Rodgers could spur some fantasy performances and make Lazard the weekly darts thrower in the knockout stages if his target market share holds up next week in Baltimore.

Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR, DET) – 12% favor – FAAB bid: 8-12%
Donovan Pe People’s-Jones (WR, CLE) – 10% support – FAAB bid: 6-8%
Josh Reynolds (WR, DET) – 8% support – FAAB Bid: 5-7%
Joshua Palmer (WR, LAC) – 2% support – FAAB Bid: 5-7%
Jakeem Grant Sr. (WR, CHI) – 1% in favor – FAAB Bid: 5-7%
Nico Collins (WR, HOU) – 1% in favor – FAAB bid: 3-5%
Breshad Perriman, (WR, TB) – 1% in favor – FAAB Bid: 1-3%

FAAB Free Pick Up – Tight Finish

Austin Hooper (TE, CLE) – FAAB Bid: 3-6%

41% support

Hooper hit five 30-yard catches and one TD on seven goals in Week 14, capitalizing on a game without David Njoku or Harrison Bryant. Offense overtaking the Browns is far from full, but Hooper and Jarvis Landry were solid receivers while Donovan Pe People’s-Jones extended the game. Kareem HuntHis injury could further strengthen Hooper’s floor as a shallow-to-midfield pick for Cleveland in Week 15 against a reeling Raiders defence.

Gerald Everett (TE, SEA) – FAAB bid: 2-4%

31% support

Everett made the most of his three appearances in Week 14, winning a total of 28 yards and points for two catch and take. While I don’t like his 38 follower snaps Would not agreeAt 42, he still runs more routes than Dissly (18 to 13). He can build on two TDs in his last three games as long as DK Metcalf and Russell Wilson not on the same page.

Brevin Jordan (TE, HOU) – FAAB Bid: 1-3%

0% supported

Jordan took home his third TD of 2021 on Sunday, with the score accompanying the top seven goals of the season. This rookie missed the first seven weeks of the season, but if we pick up the pace and give him six TDs, he’ll be one of seven TEs to hit the aforementioned milestone. For now, we have to consider the seven goals as exceptions, but Davis Mills is averaging around 40 passes in his last four starts, so volume could now increase. Their running game is non-existent and they face Jacksonville next, which makes Jordan a decent racer in deep formats.

FAAB Free Pick Up – Defensive / Special Teams

Cleveland Browns Defense (vs LV) – FAAB bid: 3-6%

39% support

The Browns’ defense begins to kick the ball Derek Carr on Week 15 after Kansas City just crushed them with 4 sacks, 5 spins, and 1 TD. I would keep an eye out for any defense facing such a low morale team, but a team led by Myles Garrett is sure to add an extra boost in my ranks.

Houston Texans Defense (at JAX) – FAAB Bid: 3-6%

5% support

Let’s face it, you won’t question much of a defense going against the Jaguars. Houston is in many leagues thanks to them being crushed by Indianapolis and Seattle over the past two weeks, but let’s not forget that they’ve had 10 goals in total and 11 goals in three games between Weeks 9-12 and now Now they have the best game possible. Submit it.

Philadelphia Eagles Defense (vs WAS) – FAAB bid: 2-4%

19% support

The Eagles’ defense said goodbye in the divisional match against the badly injured WFT team. Washington’s 14th week is also gone Taylor Heinicke knee injury, Terry McLaurin concussion after falling from a great jump, and center Tyler Larsen dashed away. Philly will have a chance to destroy them before a rematch in Week 17 with a dense Giants match in between.
