Exports up 44% in the first half of December

India’s exports grow well in the first half of December 2021

New Delhi:

According to preliminary data from the Ministry of Commerce, India’s exports increased by 44.41% to $16.46 billion year-on-year during December 1-14, 2021.

The data shows that imports also increased by 42.57% to $27.53 billion during the period under review.

Imports, excluding petrol and oil, also increased by 32.90% in the past two weeks compared to the same period in 2020-21 and by 48.47% over the same period in 2019-20.
